This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all proxy services and infrastructure provided by AK UNIVERSE LLC (a Wyoming Limited Liability Company) through the Turbo Proxy platform.

1. Introduction & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of the Turbo Proxy platform, including any individual, company, developer, or automated system that accesses, uses, or integrates with proxy services provided by AK UNIVERSE LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Turbo Proxy") through turboproxy.online.
By creating an account or using any part of the Turbo Proxy platform — including the website, dashboard, API, or proxy network infrastructure — you agree to comply with this AUP in full. This AUP supplements and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
Turbo Proxy provides proxy services for legitimate, lawful business and technical purposes only. We are committed to operating a responsible proxy network and cooperate fully with applicable law.
2. Permitted Uses
Turbo Proxy services are designed and intended for the following legitimate use cases:
- Web Scraping & Data Extraction: Collecting publicly available data from websites for market research, pricing intelligence, or business analytics.
- SEO & Rank Tracking: Monitoring search engine results page (SERP) rankings across different geographic locations.
- Ad Verification: Verifying that digital advertisements are displayed correctly across different regions and platforms.
- Brand Protection: Monitoring for trademark infringement, counterfeit goods, or unauthorized use of your brand online.
- E-Commerce Price Monitoring: Tracking competitor pricing and product availability on public marketplaces.
- Application & API Testing: Testing software applications, APIs, and web services from different geographic IP addresses.
- Geographic Content Access: Accessing publicly available content restricted by geographic IP address for research or testing purposes.
- Academic Research: Conducting authorized internet research that complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the platforms being researched.
- Social Media Management: Managing multiple business social media accounts in compliance with the respective platform's terms of service.
- Cybersecurity Research: Authorized penetration testing, vulnerability research, or security assessments on systems you own or have explicit written permission to test.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Turbo Proxy platform. Users who engage in any prohibited activity will have their accounts suspended and may face legal action.
3.1 Illegal Activity
- Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Fraud, identity theft, account takeovers, or impersonation of individuals or organizations.
- Financial fraud, credit card fraud, wire fraud, or money laundering.
- Distribution, sale, or facilitation of controlled substances, counterfeit goods, or illegal weapons.
- Child exploitation material (CSAM) or any content that sexually exploits minors.
3.2 Network Abuse & Cyberattacks
- Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks or any form of network disruption targeting third parties.
- Unauthorized port scanning, network mapping, or vulnerability exploitation on systems you do not own.
- Brute-force attacks against login forms, authentication systems, or credentials.
- Deploying or distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Man-in-the-middle attacks or interception of third-party communications without authorization.
3.3 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), SMS, or any mass unsolicited communications.
- Phishing attacks, email harvesting, or credential theft campaigns.
- Operating botnets, click fraud operations, or automated ad impression fraud.
3.4 Privacy Violations
- Scraping, collecting, or harvesting personally identifiable information (PII) without the knowledge and consent of the data subjects, in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or applicable privacy laws.
- Stalking, harassment, or surveillance of individuals through proxy-assisted tools.
- Accessing restricted healthcare records, financial accounts, or government systems without authorization.
3.5 Platform Policy Violations
- Creating fake or fraudulent accounts on third-party platforms in violation of their terms of service.
- Generating fake reviews, ratings, votes, or engagement metrics.
- Automating purchases or ticket-buying ("scalping") that violates platform terms.
- Circumventing geographic access restrictions for content that is legally restricted in your region (e.g., bypassing court-ordered blocks).
3.6 Resale Without Authorization
- Re-selling, sub-licensing, or redistributing Turbo Proxy services to third parties without prior written authorization from AK UNIVERSE LLC.
- Sharing account credentials or proxy access with unauthorized users outside your organization.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Turbo Proxy account. Specifically, you agree to:
- Ensure your use of proxy services complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of your target systems.
- Review and comply with the terms of service of any third-party website, platform, or API you access using our proxies.
- Keep your account credentials, API keys, and proxy usernames/passwords confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties.
- Promptly notify us at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Take responsibility for the actions of any employee, contractor, or agent who uses proxy services through your account.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
Turbo Proxy reserves the right — but is not obligated — to monitor traffic patterns and usage data on our network infrastructure to detect potential AUP violations. We do not inspect the content of individual requests in real-time; however, our systems may flag anomalous usage patterns associated with known prohibited activities.
We may cooperate with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and third-party rights holders in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. This includes providing account registration data, API usage logs, IP address assignment records, and billing history when required by a valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or warrant).
6. Consequences of Violations
AUP violations will result in one or more of the following consequences, depending on the severity of the violation:
- Immediate account suspension without prior notice.
- Permanent account termination and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance.
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities and cooperation with any resulting investigation.
- Civil or criminal legal action where the violation causes harm to AK UNIVERSE LLC, our infrastructure, other users, or third parties.
- Disclosure of account information to affected third parties or rights holders as required by law.
All decisions regarding account suspension or termination are made at the sole discretion of AK UNIVERSE LLC. We will not reinstate accounts terminated for severe AUP violations.
