1. Service Provision "As Is" & Availability
Turbo Proxy provides residential, mobile, and datacenter proxy network services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, speed, performance, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose of our proxy networks. Your use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
No Guarantee of Availability: Proxy connection nodes, allocated IPs, or other virtual resources may stop working or change at any time. The delivery of data packets or network signals is not guaranteed. Specific target platforms or services may block, restrict, or rate-limit our proxies, and accounts registered/accessed using our services may later be suspended by third parties.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turbo Proxy, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, account bans or suspensions on third-party platforms, business interruption, system damages, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or in connection with the use, performance, or failure of our proxy services, even if Turbo Proxy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim under these terms shall be strictly capped at the amount you paid us for the services in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3. User Responsibility & Acceptable Use
You are solely and fully responsible for ensuring that your use of Turbo Proxy complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and the terms of service of any target website you access. Users are solely responsible for any accounts created using the service, and Turbo Proxy is not responsible for account bans, suspensions, losses, or verification failures.
Acceptable Use Rules:
- Users may not use the service for fraud, identity theft, impersonation, account takeovers, spam, or any illegal activity.
- Users must comply with the terms of the websites, apps, and services they are accessing or registering for.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws and legal boundaries.
4. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
Turbo Proxy is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Telegram, WhatsApp, OpenAI, Microsoft, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
The service does not guarantee acceptance, compatibility, or registration success on any specific third-party platform. Target websites may block proxy IPs at their discretion, and Turbo Proxy is not responsible for operational restrictions.
5. No Privacy Expectation for Shared Resources
Users acknowledge that proxy IPs and routing channels are shared or reusable resources. There is no expectation of absolute confidentiality, privacy, or exclusivity for data packets routed through temporary or shared proxy resources. Users should not transmit sensitive, highly confidential, or personal information through temporary proxy routes.
6. Non-Refundable Balance Policy
All funds deposited, loaded, or added to the Turbo Proxy client wallet balance are strictly non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Once a transaction is completed via Stripe, Cryptomus, or any other payment gateway, it cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances. Please ensure you only deposit funds that you intend to spend on proxy services.

While we strive to keep documentation, API specifications, and pricing accurate, we do not warrant its completeness or timeliness. Our website may contain links to external sites; we do not endorse or take responsibility for third-party content.
