DMCA Policy

Last updated:

Turbo Proxy respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Learn how to report infringement or understand our conduit provider status.

1. DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

Turbo Proxy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement submitted to our designated DMCA Agent.

If you believe that any content on our domain (turboproxy.online) infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice as described below.

2. Proxy Provider Status & Conduit Immunity

Turbo Proxy operates strictly as a transient network transmission provider — a "conduit" under 17 U.S.C. § 512(a). We do not host, store, cache, or index any content accessed through our proxy infrastructure. All web requests are dynamically and transiently routed from our clients to target third-party websites in real time.

Because we do not host or have any control over copyrighted material on third-party servers, we do not have the technical ability to delete or disable specific content on those external sites. If you believe your copyrighted material is being hosted on a target website accessed through our proxies, you must contact that website's host, domain registrar, or content provider directly to request its removal.

3. How to Submit a Takedown Request

If you wish to submit a copyright complaint regarding content directly hosted on our domain (turboproxy.online), your DMCA notice must include all of the following elements, as required under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the specific material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material (e.g., URL, page title).
  • Your contact details, including your full legal name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Warning: Submitting a false DMCA notice may expose you to civil and criminal liability, including damages, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Please ensure your complaint is accurate and in good faith.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notice must include your name, address, phone number, email, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable federal district court.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Turbo Proxy maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers, at our sole discretion.

6. Designated DMCA Agent Contact

All DMCA notices, counter-notices, and copyright complaints must be submitted in writing to our designated copyright agent:
