1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or accessing the proxy networks provided by Turbo Proxy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Turbo Proxy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Turbo Proxy website, APIs, dashboard, and proxy network infrastructure.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access proxy services, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree that:

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the applicable legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must not share your account, API keys, or proxy credentials with unauthorized third parties.
You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach registration requirements (e.g., creating spam accounts, using temporary/disposable emails for abuse).
One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts created to circumvent bans or exploit promotions will be terminated.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Turbo Proxy networks are built exclusively for ethical, lawful data retrieval, web scraping, SEO research, price monitoring, ad verification, and software QA testing. You strictly agree not to use our proxies or platform for:

Engaging in fraud, identity theft, impersonation, account takeovers, spam, or any illegal activity.
DDoS attacks, unauthorized network scanning, or conduct that disrupts third-party network services.
Brute-forcing login forms or scraping sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) without authorization.
Spamming, phishing, sending unsolicited bulk emails, or distributing malicious software.
Accessing restricted financial, healthcare, or government networks without authorization.
Re-selling or sub-licensing our proxy services to third parties without prior written approval.
Engaging in activities that violate the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Violating the terms, conditions, or policies of the websites, apps, and services you are registering for or accessing.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of remaining balance, and may result in legal action where applicable.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Balance

All fiat deposits (via Stripe) or cryptocurrency payments (via Cryptomus) are processed instantly to credit your account balance. Deposits go directly to your on-platform wallet balance, which is then used to purchase proxy services.

All prices are displayed in USD. Exchange rate variations apply to crypto payments.
Unused balance does not expire and remains in your account indefinitely unless the account is terminated for violations.
Dynamic pricing may apply based on proxy type (Residential, Datacenter, Mobile) and usage volume.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 7 days' advance notice to active users.

No Refund Policy on Added Funds: All funds added, deposited, or loaded into the Turbo Proxy client wallet balance are strictly non-refundable and non-withdrawable. Once a transaction is processed via Stripe, Cryptomus, or any other payment gateway, it cannot be refunded or reversed under any circumstances.

No Refund Policy on Proxy Purchases: All proxy purchases are final. Once a proxy order has been placed and credentials delivered to your account, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

5. Referral Program

Our referral program allows users to earn commissions by inviting new customers to Turbo Proxy. Referrals are subject to the following rules:

Commissions are only awarded on the first purchase made by each referred client. Subsequent purchases do not yield commissions.
The minimum payout request threshold is $100.00 USD.
Payouts are processed only via approved cryptocurrency methods and networks (e.g., USDT/USDC on supported chains).
Self-referral — creating multiple accounts to refer yourself — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated referral balance.
We reserve the right to modify referral commission rates or suspend the program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software code, designs, API documentation, and intellectual property on the Turbo Proxy platform are the exclusive property of Turbo Proxy and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Service Availability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain a 99.9% network uptime, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted network availability, speed, or compatibility with specific third-party websites.

No Guarantee of Availability & Third-Party Platforms: Proxy endpoints, IP addresses, or routing channels may stop working at any time. Delivery of data is not guaranteed. Specific third-party platforms (including Google, Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp, OpenAI, Microsoft, etc.) may block or restrict our proxy IPs, and we do not guarantee acceptance or registration success on any platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Accounts verified or accessed through our network may later be suspended or banned by third parties.

No Privacy Expectation: Proxy IPs and routing channels are shared or reusable resources. There is no expectation of confidentiality, absolute privacy, or exclusivity for data routed through our networks, and you should not transmit highly sensitive, financial, or personal information through temporary proxy connections.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Turbo Proxy, its operators, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost accounts, verification failures, business interruption, or indirect damages — resulting from your use of or inability to use our proxy networks.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall be strictly capped at the amount you paid us for the services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification Clause: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Turbo Proxy, its operators, affiliates, directors, and employees against any third-party claims, legal actions, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or your unlawful conduct.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Turbo Proxy at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of our infrastructure. Upon termination for violations, any remaining balance is forfeited and is strictly non-refundable.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon account deletion, all associated proxy configurations and credentials will be permanently removed.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in a court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuits against Turbo Proxy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted directly to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to periodically review this page to stay informed.
